PAY RANGE FOR OPERATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN: $25.00 - $28.00/hour

JOB PURPOSE: The Operations Support Technician is the collaborator whose main responsibilities are focused on assisting the Regional Office Managers and Corporate team to maintain a smooth administration process for all locations.


JOB FUNCTIONS FOR OPERATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN:

• Monitoring and preparing payroll in bi-weekly basis and preparing final paychecks for exiting employees
• Assisting new hires with the orientation and onboarding process and maintaining new hire board
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the office- and restaurant-related functions and duties such as monitoring office inventory and scanning and entering invoices
• Assisting the accounting team with bookkeeping tasks and compiling petty cash reports, cash deposit and other reports on an as needed basis
• Assisting the Human Resources team with insurance tracking and other HR-related tasks
• Assisting with Time Clock Adjustments and Paid Sick Leave requests
• Checking Back of House checklists and Back of House logs for completion
• Acting as an extension of the Human Resources team by assisting with basic HR-related employee questions
• Performing customer service functions by summarizing guest reviews
• Assisting the take-out station and side station during rush hours

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN:

• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant administrative experience
• Basic administrative, Human Resources, and/or restaurant experience preferred but not a requirement
• Flexible Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • Average 30-40 hours per week
• Able to write in a legible fashion simple correspondence
• Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team
