Job Description

This position requires someone who can monitor our Social Media, Website and Procare program. Make sure that everything is completed in a timely manner, and can handle anything that comes up with this quickly and effectively, whether it's a simple phone call, email or stopping by our office. Also would like someone who is comfortable with handling multiple projects and has experience working with Photoshop as well as other tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and work with Cornerstone Admin Staff and Teachers via email, phone, and in person to post and update our social media, website and Procare platforms to keep parents up to date with daily operations at Cornerstone Daycare Center
• HAve the ability to be on site weekly and/or during events to take pictures for our social media, website and Procare program.
• Collaborate with non-technical staff to identify features and enhancements to be on-boarded; Manage and prioritize multiple internal and external projects; Manage marketing tasks,and prepare reports; Write user documentation for how-to guides and informational materials; Write new content for the website and blog; Coordinate with designers, writers, developers, and marketing managers to create high quality marketing materials for each project.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
