Description:
The Patient Financial Representative Coordinator responsibilities include: basic third-party payor types, documents activity on patient accounts, understands, measures, and reports on Patient Financial Services functions and account flow, all patient accounting functions, including Billing, Collections, Customer Service, Cash Applications, Refunds, Contract Adjudication, and Coding Support Compliance, serving as a team leader in problem solving and analysis of process improvement, orients and trains new Patient Financial Representative team members as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
