Nurse Practitioner- Pediatric

Summary:
This role provides clinical direction for patient care felivered by the Sunflower Pediatric program. Provides direct clinical care, working in collaboration with Hospice & Community Care and local physicians. Participates in the development and implementation of hospice and palliative care policies, procedures and protocols regarding pediatric care.
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Practitioner license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Completion of Masters of Nursing in either Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) concentration.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Palliative care, hospice, and/or home care experience preferred.
Will obtain Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (ACHPN) certification within three (3) years of hire.
