We are an Indiana non-profit community health clinic looking for a full-time Pediatrician to join our team in the Portage and Lake Station, IN areas.

Job Details:

This position encompasses a broad spectrum of health services ranging from preventative health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute/chronic diseases.
Services the Pediatrician will provide include hospital visits for newborn children, well baby, and child office visits, immunizations, school and sports physicals, office and hospital visits for the sick, and office visits for mild injuries, and chronic conditions.
