Job Description

Office Assistant Tasks

  • Check voicemail & call back numbers
  • For persons who told you call back the following day, call them back
  • Answer office phone on second ring
  • Call persons on list and collect customer information (100 Minimum-250/day) If email is collected, before you leave send out emails to all customers
  • Set appointments for estimates
  • Research commercial accounts, contact management
  • Create Excel spreadsheet, enter data collected from commercial accounts
  • Ensure office supplies are in stock
  • Order office supplies Must review supply list with Noel * Assist Noel with tasks outside of the Office
  • Store runs
  • Creating estimate and following up with customers.
  • Good with apple computers
  • ( imac,ipad,iphone,macbook) you will be using .
  • Reaching out to vendors .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fort Lauderdale, FL 33351: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Required)
  • Computer skills: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
