RESPONSIBILITIES
Logs medications received from and returned to the Pharmacy, checks expiration dates on medications, checks medication packs, organizes and maintains the medication according to policy, prepares medications for distribution to individuals and provides general assistance to the ACT Nursing staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
M2: Current Pharmacy Technician registration/certification/license in Virginia
Preferred Requirements
P1: At least one year experience working in a pharmacy setting
P2: Experience working with pharmacy policies regarding logging of medications
P3: Minimum one year experience organizing and maintaining medications packaged for distribution to individuals
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$31,232 - $47,779
