What You'll Do:
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be a part of a diverse and collaborative team whose end goal is to focus on the firm's Enterprise Architecture in order to enable rapid system integrations with a steady focus on automation of processes. Together, we will focus on the collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders from each area of the Technology division for continuous improvement.

We are hoping that you will want to be apart an exception challenge and opportunity for someone who is equally as excited as we are for rapid change and continuous learning. You could work on any of the following areas:

• Work closely with all members within Enterprise Architecture to ensure all systems and integrations are maintained with proper documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert while leading all integrations with the Enterprise Architecture tool.
• Collaborate with Architects and Leaders within Technology to provide guidance and leadership on data management best practices within the tool.
• Document processes and procedures for internal and end-user consumption.
• Exemplify excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis to be able to evaluate how systems fit together and how data flows from one system to another.
• Spearhead and drive innovation through the exploration and implementation of new technologies and methodologies.
• Serve as an informal leader with exceptional project management skills to drive cross functional teams to meet goals while maintaining governance standards.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Skills/Requirements

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, enterprise architecture, and/or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing/customizing and monitoring tools and utilities.
• Hands on experience building and integrating APIs.
• Experience implementing and administering/managing technical solutions in major, large-scale system implementations.

What Could Set You Apart:

• Experience with Python, GitHub, Azure, and development skills
• Experience with LeanIX or other EA tools
