Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Public Relations Assistant for Analytics & Reporting to support our PR team with day to day administrative tasks and special projects.

• Assist the LVA Public Relations team with leading efforts for analytics and reporting
• Responsible for monitoring press clippings across all categories including Fashion, Corporate Communications, Watches & Jewelry, Celebrity & Influencers
• DMR Rankings, Analysis & Reports- Pulling monthly insights to provide both Louis Vuitton & Competitor Analysis, as well as research findings based on rankings across print, web, and social platforms
• Partnering cross-functionally/departmentally with fellow Communications team members to craft internal and external presentations such as (Editorial Briefings, Weekly Press Recaps, Share of Voice, etc)
• Maintain and update Communications department contact lists across all PR functions

The ideal candidate will have experience in Communications, PR, or Advertisement or relevant fields of study. Digital savvy & tech friendly, and has a sophisticated understanding of technical abilities such as DMR, Cision, Lefty & Microsoft Programs (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) . Excellent interpersonal communication skills and can interact with all levels of management and employees. Very detail oriented and highly organized.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $23.00-27.00 per hour plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
