What does a Route Processing Accounting Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you are a key member in Swire office team and support departments operating in Wenatchee.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Point of Sales (POS) inventory,
  • Place and receive orders related to POS/premiums, communicate with Sales team on inventory available
  • Coupon management
  • Assist with AP coding and research AR inquiries
  • Document retention management to ensure accessibility of documents for future use.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with cross functional teams
  • Manage and distribute necessary supplies
  • Check in and record all money collections from route personnel.
  • Accurately count, deposit, and secure all money collected each day.
  • Balance and reconcile local cash funds
  • Audit all paperwork from route personnel to ensure accuracy.
  • Document retention management to ensure accessibility of documents for future use.
  • Coordinate resolution of any errors that prevent finalization route processing.
  • Correspond with route personnel to research and resolve any route variances
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Maintain charitable donation logs
  • Assist with group workload where needed
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
  • Accurate data entry, 10 Key by touch.
  • Basic computer application skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Preference for SAP knowledge/experience
  • Ability to work weekends and/or holidays as needed by the business
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
  • Able to stand, kneel and lift and may involve working in an environment where there is sufficient noise
Base pay range is $18.04 to $22.55 per hour. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
