Overview:
Quadax is seeking an experienced individual to join our Product Management team. We are looking for a self-starter that can quickly become an integral part of our ongoing mission to create the leading Revenue Cycle Optimization (RCO) solution in the industry. In this role you will be responsible for the Patient Engagement portion of our overall solution, in addition to print and mail as for Quadax.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform research to inform product strategy (market, competitive, sales, clients, users, etc.)
  • Prioritize features in the backlog, taking into account key factors (e.g., new revenue, revenue retention, cost reduction, etc.).
  • Actively participate in the agile development process. Provide direction to business analysts, application development and data science teams as they decompose features into stories and tasks. Collaborate during the development process to ensure process is efficient and deliverables meet success criteria.
  • Develop value-based pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Develop scalable strategies to transition clients from current state to goal state solution. Create tools and conduct training sessions so others at Quadax can contribute to this process.
  • Drive the adoption of your products through your personal effort and/or creating tools for all parties (Marketing, Sales, Client Services and Support).
  • Support the business development and sales process through demo-support and onsite visits.
  • Manage relationship with related vendor(s).
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years as a Product Manager required.
  • Experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle required.
  • Accustomed to an agile development process and the tools of the trade (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.)
  • Great verbal and written communication skills and range (from business to technical).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly. Ability to react to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
