Responsibilities

• Assemble car components
• Lifting peices into machine
• Assembling car bumpers and adding small peices to frame depending on model
• Ability to operate a computer
• Ability to perform repetitive movement of hands and arms.
• Stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and consistently follow written and oral instructions.
• Effectively learn the work instructions for the needed number of operations or
• assignments.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Communicate and interact appropriately with peers and leaders.
• Consistently complete assigned operations in the expected amount of time.
• Complete assignments in compliance with the work instructions.
• Arrive on time and complete all scheduled shifts.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• working weekends
