O5group is a multi-brand / multi-channel fashion apparel business with a long and successful history in wholesale manufacturing. Staying true to core values of integrity and respect, we have demonstrated our ability to successfully originate, negotiate, execute, and build strong retail and e- Comm partnerships in Men’s, Women’s, and Childrenswear. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.

The candidate we seek will be responsible for the following:

• Daily communication with design, merchandising, logistics agents, and factories.
• Maintain Production Tracking Reports (PTR)/ WIP reports to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist the Manager with all cost breakdowns to maintain margin expectations.
• Maintain seasonal factory allocations and recaps.
• Follow up with agents and factories on testing and compliance requirements.
• Following up on all sample deliveries.
• Answering E-mails daily and accurately.
• Thorough communication with all departments in the division: Sales, Design, Technical, etc.
• Continuous follow-up on revisions, adds, drops, etc. to ensure implementation.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information to Supervisor.
• Communicate information throughout the division.
• Coming to meetings prepared and on time.
• Recording accurate notes during meetings and fittings.
• Maintaining all product files, approvals, orders, PTR, and test reports.
• Following up on all sample deliveries.
• Maintaining all testing requirements for all styles.

The ideal applicant must possess the following:

• Experience with Fashion Apparel is required.
• Understanding brand price points and margin expectations.
• Understanding the SKU Plan for both Mainline and OP lines.
• Understanding our customers and our competitors.
• Knowledge of garment production.
• Some knowledge of fabric constructions and weights.
• Knowledge of PLM, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of technical packages.
• Focus energy on getting things done.
• Focus energy on taking the initiative.
• Working as part of a team.
• Offer solutions to ongoing issues.
• A willingness to initiate change as the company grows in order to streamline processes.
• Improve efficiency and facilitate the growth of the company.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
