Job Description

WESSCO - Waste & Recycling equipment company furnishes and maintains a wide range of hydraulic compaction and baling equipment across the Pacific Northwest for companies like Nike, Columbia Sportswear, Intel, Daimler, & Amazon.

General Purpose of this Position: Provide administrative support to company officers and Wessco sales department.

Required Qualifications:

•Administrative support experience.

Major Responsibilities:

•Maintain ongoing communication with managers regarding daily operations.

•Handle and take record of incoming calls

•Contract job support including file setup, billing and customer warranty notification.

•Provide project submittals and close out documents for General Contractors.•Adhere to customer specific job requirements that may include certified payroll reporting and certificates of insurance, using and updating information on Compliance Depot or Net Vendor or other compliance websites.

•Develop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with clients, vendors and employees.

•Keeping client and vendor certificates of insurance up to date

•Develop and maintain accurate contract job inventory and input into accounting software.

•Assist with contract job collections.

•Responsible for electronic matching up and filing of checks with paid invoices using Adobe Pro and track contract jobs using Excel worksheets.

•Work with vendors for scheduling freight, rental equipment and equipment orders.

•Assist where needed with sales, service and office duties. This may include helping out with quotes, emails, project management, etc.

Essential Physical Functions:

•Communicates effectively in person or by using telecommunication equipment and can handle a large amount of email communication.

•Capable of working 40 hours per week.

•Visually verifies & reads information, often in small print.

•Able to sit for long periods of time.

•Creates purchase order, A/R invoices & customer required paperwork.

•Regular and punctual attendance.

Essential Mental Functions:

•Ability to communicate well with the public and employees.

•Ability to get along well with others.

•Ability to work with customers and vendors to order equipment and services, schedule installations and invoice equipment.

•Use mathematical skills to prepare invoices, A/R deposits and job related reports.

•Willingness to help out where needed when asked.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
