Job Description

The Project Manager supports the Director of Operations with both regional/national projects. In this role the Project Manager will lead projects across the BI, EHB and PCS business lines working with department leads and others to guarantee a successful on time outcome. These projects are crucial to creating better alignment, efficiencies and essential tool deployment.

Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Coordinate and prioritize project tasks to ensure key milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources.
  • Provide support to the project team, including assisting with goals and deliverables.
  • Perform queries (report system & Excel) and data analysis to determine issues, draw conclusions, problem solve and make recommendations
  • Generate reports for data clean-up, quality control, data health check and data metrics
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Supports operational reporting changes/needs for field.
  • Compile, organize and assess operational data.
  • All others duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Three years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Must have excellent analytical skills, as well as superior word processing, spreadsheet and database skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management and decision-making abilities.
  • Must be self-directed, accurate and detail oriented
  • Insurance operations experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet preferred
