Job Description

Balen is looking for an agent who will assist principal in his rental exclusives and if successful residential sale and commercial sale exclusives. The position is specifically geared for an agent who has at least one year experience in rentals as agent will immediately be jumping into showing many directs and exclusives. This is a commission only + bonuses position. There are 2 openings available.

If selected agent will immediately be:

• Closing a deal in the first month.
• Showing exclusives.
• Receiving daily direct rental customers from our exclusives.
• One on One Mentoring with Principal.
• Additional Monetary Bonuses aside from commission.
• Zero desk fees.
• Zero advertising fees.
• Multi faceted personalized marketing campaign uniquely designed for agent to obtain their own exclusives. Agent will work one on one with marketing director to create narrative on all medial platforms.
• Fast tracked to work with the principal's multi million dollar residential sales exclusives.
• Working with the absolute latest in Real Estate and Marketing technology.
• Weekly Sales Classes.
• Monthly classes from top industry professionals.
• Commercial Real Estate Mentorship.
• Potential to work with Principal on Commercial Exclusives.

• Have actual part in helping grow a companyAs the benefits to this job are high so are the requirements, Agent must be:
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Excel, including One Drive, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Paint, MailChimp.
• Tech Savvy.
• Proactive and able to think outside of the box.
• Have at least one year experience as a licensed real estate agent.

Licensed Real Estate Agents with at least one year experience is an absolute must.
