About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transaction Negotiator in our Corporate Properties Group.
In this role, you will:
- Review and negotiate real estate acquisitions, dispositions and complex lease transactions with high financial liability
- Hire and supervise outside consultants, review leases and contract documentation
- Present recommendations for resolving real estate agreements and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in lease acquisitions and dispositions
- Function with a high degree of effectiveness in a fast paced, high volume transaction focused work environment
- Execute and coordinate complicated projects, partnering with multiple stakeholders, collaborate to achieve shared goals
- Quickly develop an understanding of Wells Fargo due diligence process to execute repeatedly on transaction assignments
- Conduct site valuations, prepare market data, negotiate terms and conditions, market and dispose of surplus space
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations in Corporate Properties policies and procedures that influence and meet deliverables to drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Properties experience, Lease Negotiation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Corporate real estate experience is a plus
- Previous experience working with the Costar Real Estate management tool environment a plus
- Demonstrated skills with lease negotiation, property dispositions, contracts negotiation, or some combination of these is highly desirable
- Proven ability to build positive, trusting work relationships with clients, vendors, peers and partners
- Strong negotiation and creative thinking skills
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management and presentation skills
