Hey all!
We are looking to add some Independent Photographers to our "rolodex"! We have a couple of clients in the desert area that are ready to go, and now that we have rebranded, we are heading back out there! PLEASE live around the Palm Springs/Coachella Valley area. We pay $100/hour, but it would be unfortunate if you had to keep driving long ways because you didn't live close. Work will start out slowly, but we will help you with marketing.
YOU: I love working with newer AND established photographers. This is an independent contractor's position, so you can make your own schedule. PLEASE only apply if you are outgoing/friendly. This is a position where agents will only use you if they like you, so you must be able to hold conversations with agents and their sellers. We will not compromise on that.
EQUIPMENT: At a minimum, you must have a DSLR that can shoot 5 Brackets in AEB. 3 is technically fine, most newer cameras have an option for 5. If you just have a camera, you will only be available for photo sessions. The more equipment you have, the more you can shoot. We also ask for the following:
- Video Stabilizer (not absolutely necessary if you are skilled enough to shoot video handheld in a minimum of 60fps)
- Drone (As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own FAA license)
- 360-Camera (Must be a Ricoh Camera)
If chosen, I will meet you at your first shoot, and walk you through everything, then will just continue to review your work to ensure it meets our brand style. Must have reliable transportation and able to drive up to 45 minutes each way (depending on location and where you live). Must look professional at all times (no holes in jeans type of thing)
