Job Description

We Buy Homes Cash is a small real estate investment company that purchases homes directly from homeowners. We provide a quick and painless solution to selling a home! We are looking for a strong analytical thinker who is organized and excels at problem-solving and customer service.

The purpose of this position is to manage the transaction from contract to close. You will be maintaining constant communication with homeowners, title companies, investors, and all other relevant parties to ensure a smooth transaction while maintaining a high level of customer service to all clients.

Compensation will be hourly + bonuses. You will get a bonus on ALL closed sales.

Hours:

  • Hours will be Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Arizona Time (MST)

Must have flexibility to work on weekends, and to be able to answer phone and emails when needed on weekends

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee transactions from executed contract to close.
  • Verify all contracts and documents are completed accurately.
  • Maintain all files in Google Drive and our CRM.
  • Prepare and modify contractual documents.
  • Coordinate solutions for homeowners during the closing process (ie. moving assistance, early release of funds, lockbox, photos of properties, legal processes, etc).
  • Regularly update everyone through the closing process.
  • Follow up with sellers for online reviews.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years of transactional/administrative/title experience
  • Must have an understanding of the real estate sales process
  • Excellent organizational and systems-oriented skills
  • Phenomenal attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written (spelling, grammar, punctuation, vocabulary, etc.) and oral skills
  • Spanish speaking preferred
