Job Description

Our luxury car dealership is seeking an experienced Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant who is able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately. If you have a knack for Customer Service and a passion for cars and, If you are an enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working with customers- we want you to be part of our team as our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in answering dealership group phones
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson
  • Working cooperatively with the sales team
  • Update customer records
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Participate in customer satisfaction and retention process
  • Assist in preparing tag & title work for all new, used & wholesale vehicles timely and accurately (Out of state experience is a plus)
  • Contact DMV and tag office as needed
  • Collect any missing documents and/or outstanding balance due from a customer
  • Order duplicate titles as needed
  • Work closely with Finance team to ensure all paperwork is up to date
  • Maintaining strict compliance with all Title laws and individual county requirement
  • Stay up to date on all tag & title regulations
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a neat organized work area

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Auto Dealership Experience (Preferred)
  • Prior title processing experience(Preferred)
  • Possess and maintain a Notary Public License. (Preferred)
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving specific to title processing (i.e. odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills Outgoing and positive demeanor
  • Professional presentation
  • Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Pass background check/drug test
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Computer Proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
