About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated New Patient Acquisition Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential new patients to promote the services of our medical practice. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a self-starter, and have a passion for helping people achieve better health.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, and send texts and emails to potential new patients to introduce our practice and services
- Respond to inquiries from potential new patients and provide information about our services
- Schedule appointments for prospective patients with our medical staff
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new patient acquisition goals
- Maintain a database of all potential new patients and track all interactions with them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or the service industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
