What’s in it for you:

This role comes with a starting salary of $110-$120k/year, has with full benefits after 30 days including health, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401k plan and a profit-sharing program. This role also comes with a company car, gas card and a company phone.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Branch Managers in all aspects of business operations, including but not limited to hiring, team performance management and development, customer relations, sales, equipment repair and service, collections and financial management.

• Provide strong leadership and trainings while maintaining a high level of achievement among the Service and Sales Route personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with each customer so that trust and respect are developed and maintained.
• Seek opportunities to expand Auto-Chlor’s presence in the marketplace.
• Provide cross training and development of staff members for career growth.
• Continually operate with high quality service as one of the cores of business operations.
• Take on the responsibility of leading a team.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with reasonably clean record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Leadership and management skills
• Ability to travel frequently as required by the job
