Under the general supervision of the unit’s director or designee the Service Line Coordinator provides leadership for service staff ensuring the quality and integrity of care delivered. They develop plan of care for service based on RN assessment/re-assessment and are responsbile for the fiscal and human resource allocation based on guidelines. Some job responsibilities may include:

Minimum of 3-5 years medical office experience. Current knowledge of payer requirements for referrals and preauthorization.
Post-operative checks with neurologic assessments. Triage and prioritize patient issues including medical and surgical issues, discharges, etc.
3 site managers; part time role, must be local to Baltimore, MD. If things go well, the person can also possibly support other sites such as Northern, PA.
