$36 - $45 per hour (DOE)
Full-time, Part-time, On-call
Day Shift (6:30am - 7:00pm)
NOC Shift (6:30pm - 7:00am)
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Respiratory Therapist you will work closely with residents of our Skilled Nursing facility in the first vent unit in Oregon. This will include providing excellent respiratory care, trach care and ventilator management. This person will work closely with other clinical staff including nursing, Occupation, Physical and Speech therapists.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide respiratory care to residents within the ventilator care unit
- Administers medications physician orders
- Weekly rounds with pulmonary physicians
- Support activities such as equipment maintenance, changes and inventory
- Administers therapeutic gases as ordered by physician
- Set up and manager various types of respiratory care equipment
- Assists in training new and existing staff
- Other Duties as Assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active NBRC Credentials
- Active Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner state licensure
- Active BLS Certification
