About You

We are looking for customer service focused, smart, outgoing, creative, friendly, engaging and confident individuals for full time or part-time sales associate positions. You will interact with customers to deliver exceptional customer service, share our unique approach towards retail, and help build our community. The ideal candidate is flexible, positive, high energy, and loves connecting with people and getting them excited about our products. You are a self-starter, unfazed by challenges and excited by the ever-changing nature of our business and you’re excited to contribute to an energetic, growing team!

What The Sales Associate Will Do

• Provide next-level customer service on the sales floor
• Connect with customers and share knowledge about featured brands/products to drive product sales
• Act as an ambassador of our brand by living our values and conveying brand messages
• Maintain floor presentation standards and restocking merchandise throughout the day
• Balance multiple priorities and using good judgment to manage time
• Work store events in whatever capacity is required to ensure successful execution and seamless customer experience
• Support store operations and fulfillment logistics
• Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality

What the Sales Associate Will Bring to the Table

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, and an understanding of the need to do things differently and better in today’s retail world

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New York, NY 10001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
