Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Risk Management Senior Associate to join the KYC Policy team, based in Newark, DE, to execute our policy change management process.

Job Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for executing the global KYC Policy team's change management process:
  • Conduct and facilitate the teams Governance meetings, including the KYC change management forum and KYC Committee
  • Coordinate with the team and stakeholders to collect and prepare meeting materials / Capture and distribute detailed meeting minutes timely
  • Act as key point of contact for questions and uphold the team's governance requirements related to change management process
  • Ensure user guides and procedure documents are kept up to date
  • Perform the team's monthly policy release and publication process
  • Maintain controls process to ensure data integrity / Assist in the execution of process enhancements and innovation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of relevant Compliance or other related experience; such as Risk management, Audit, or similar Control-related experience
  • Experience hosting calls with senior managers / Strong the ability to partner with stakeholders
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Organized and detail -oriented; possess a high-level of attention to detail and quality for their work product
  • Possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills
  • SharePoint Experience
