• Meets or exceeds the short term and long term sales goals as outlined in the marketing plan.
• Conform to an Company policies, procedures and home health standards in accordance with applicable state license state license status and Medicare guidelines.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with branch staff and field sales resources.
• Assist branch in timely processing of billing. Collects and Documents all demographic and payer information

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of healthcare experience in a sales/marketing role preferably personal care, home health, hospice or a related industry.
• Experience in business to business and service industry sales preferred
• Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Gentiva’s vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
• Must have the ability to create a successful and meaningful marketing strategy for assigned territory.
