We are currently seeking Sales Professionals & Managers in the Effngham, IL and surrounding areas to join our team and drive sales. The right candidate will be placed into a structured training program designed to provide knowledge of the industry and business and allow the individuals strengths to shine.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call on accounts, provide superior customer service, build relationships
  • Mentoring and training of employees
  • Project and maintain budgets
  • Place inside and outside advertising
  • Execute promotional programs
  • Accountable for sales quota
  • Knowledgeable of the territory, products, and pricing
  • Alert of opportunities for new business
  • Communicate daily with other sales team members
  • Attend scheduled sales meetings/seminars
  • Take leadership in the assigned sales territory

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of supervisor experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Customer Service experience
  • Sales experience
  • Training and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and manage accounts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Live in or near Effingham, IL
