TRC Staffing is looking for a Senior AR Analyst in Kennesaw, GA - great opportunity with a growing company!

• $22/hr+ based on experience
• M-F in office, 8-5

To collect accounts receivables for equipment, parts, service, service contracts and consumables. Work with customers regarding any concerns they have with open account. Coordinate relations with all other departments as needed to work through any issues to bring a resolution for customer.

Essential; Functions & Responsibilities:

• Equipment collection – follow up with Operations, Installation Coordinators and Salesman concerning delivery, install and training dates. Calling customers for payment and confirming there are no issues that would cause the customer to withhold payment. Forward issues to the correct department/region for resolution.
• Collect parts, service, service contracts and consumables. Call or email all customers for updates on their open account balances. Forward disputes to the proper department for resolution. Meet monthly with Service to review the open disputes.
• Processing customer’s payments for equipment, parts, service, service contracts and consumables either by credit card, ACH or COD. Processing refunds checks when requested. Processing invoices for payment in Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, Concentric, DiCentral
• Dunning – account updates, review of terms, fax and email letters, reconcile accounts. Create aging reports, dispute reports, process all adjustments. Recommend accounts for outside collection.
• Follow up from dunning process – email additional invoice, credit memo, statement, reconcile accounts, negotiate pay plans and follow up on short payments.
• Follow up for resolution on disputes, with Service Coordinators, Region VP, Salesmen, Consumables and meet monthly with Service Team. Advise customer of resolution and request payment. Meet with Accounting Operations Manager monthly to address problem accounts.
• Review parts, service, consumables and consignment orders in the hold que. Process credit references, estimates, establish payment terms

• High School/equivalent
• 3 – 5 years relatable experience
