About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Cross-Functional Initiatives team to lead ad-hoc and cross-functional initiatives, engage with the Head of SEO to create compelling presentations for senior executives, and perform activities to comply with corporate policies.

The Cross-Functional Initiatives team is part of the SEO group, which provides program governance and coordination to address critical regulatory matters and business tools to enable governance of cross-organizational regulatory remediation efforts.

In this role, you will:
  • Engage with the Head of SEO to distill complex situations and create compelling presentations for the Head of SEO to use in presentations to senior executives.
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Provide thought leadership and lead the development of strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions
  • Lead meetings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
  • Complete Issue Management responsibilities, ensure SEO's adherence to corporate policies, and become subject matter expert on policies impacting the group.
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience creating Executive Level presentations.
  • Financial industry subject matter knowledge and expertise
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
  • MBA
Job Expectations:
  • Excellent oral and written communication and ability to develop compelling Executive level presentations.
  • Effectively consult with Executive level individuals and articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
  • Ability to take analyze a variety of topics and development recommendations.
  • Develop a holistic understanding of SEO's program governance approach, processes, and objectives.
