Job Description

Kane Partners is searching for an experienced Senior Customer Experience Manager for a marketing strategy company in the West Chester NY area. We are searching for an experience Senior Customer Experience Manager to establish and promote the maintenance of a strong customer-focused service culture across all aspects of customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

· The Customer Experience Manager leads the team to achieve and exceed sales goals, directly impacting the growth of the company and the individual team members.

· Collaborate regularly with internal Business Development, Analytics and Insights, Sales Ops, Content Strategy, Senior Leadership and Demand Generation Teams.

· Identify and deliver new revenue opportunities for our brands by maximizing revenue from the customer base.

· Oversee & liaison with our third-party customer service teams supporting Social, Email, SMS & Phone customer interactions.

· Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Oracle, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

This is a full-time hybrid Senior Customer Experience Manager position located in West Chester NY. You will be expected to be on site Tuesday – Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. The right candidate will have strong knowledge of the D2C fulfillment supply chain and experience in developing customer retention communication strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
