We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Product with a scientific mindset and a passion for building platform. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will lead a product group of 15+ PMs and support 200+ engineers responsible for a broad portfolio of capabilities including:

  • Travel Store / White Label Template that powers EG’s Retail Brands and a rapidly growing number of B2B partners
  • EG’s Design System to accelerate site development
  • Reduce cost to build and optimize experiences with Experience Management
  • Experimentation Platform adoption and evolution

What you’ll do:

  • Create product vision and drive the roadmap, execution, and go to market strategy for a Portfolio or Program of products, projects, and initiatives
  • Be responsible for the global product strategy for EG’s Communication Platform, demonstrate deep understanding of our customer and marketing needs and interactions across channels and devices, focusing on app experiences
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business leaders to deliver solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals
  • Build scalable architecture allowing other teams to rapidly enable conversation features while maintaining overall conversation quality
  • Define a set of success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact and be able to utilize them in decision-making
  • Use excellent judgment in prioritizing between focusing on existing versus new customers and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence
  • Stay on top of customer preferences, technology trends, and market demand
  • Lead the organization through change, evolution, and growth; the right leader will evolve and scale the organization along with the business

Who you are:

  • Significant and validated industry leader in driving high-performing product management teams
  • Demonstrated experience in building enterprise front-end platform with a focus on the customer experience
  • Deep product leadership in developing partner, enterprise, or developer tools
  • Successful in leading complete roadmap development, ownership, and execution
  • Experienced driver a program which is a complex portfolio of Products
  • Proven people management of five or more employees
  • MBA preferred

The total cash range for this position in San Francisco is $294,000 to $411,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $470,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $277,000 to $387,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $443,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $277,000 to $387,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $443,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Chicago $255,000 to $357,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $408,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
