Job Summary

As the Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a key role on the Financial Systems and Corporate Finance teams. Working closely with the External Reporting, FP&A, and Business Unit Controllers, you will support the company's various financial reporting needs, primarily assisting with monthly and quarterly close process. You will be considered a subject matter expert on our financial consolidation systems, as well as other financial tools.

We offer a competitive salary with a range of $85,275-$103,050 based on experience and skill set.

Responsibilities

• 
  Provide technical and functional support to accounting and finance teams for OneStream consolidation application. This includes primary analysis, investigation, and resolution of any system or data issues.
• Coordinate and monitor the monthly and quarterly Financial close of OneStream consolidation application. Provide additional support for Budget and Forecast scenarios.
• Support OneStream administrative tasks such as new user setup, security, metadata, and business rule changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase access to information and enhance decision support capabilities for finance leadership
• Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Accounting across multiple levels of the organization
• Ensure data integrity by performing variety of data accuracy / completeness checks across multiple applications.
• Train and develop various types of system users (Business Unit Controllers, Division Leads, Corporate) to better understand and utilize the system

Requirements

• 
  BS/BA degree with a focus in Accounting and Finance and/or Computer Science
• 4-6 years of experience, consisting of Finance, Accounting, and Financial Systems
• Prior experience supporting global business with significant presence in EMEA and Asia
• Strong understanding of Consolidation principles
• Experience working with Consolidation applications (preferably OneStream or HFM)
• Ability to effectively translate technical information to non-technical individuals
• Strong time management skills
• Strong data skills with MS Office applications, including Excel Add-ins for OneStream / HFM
• Well rounded knowledge of key IT disciplines such as Data Management and Infrastructure / Networks
