The Senior Software Engineer loves to listen to customers, working as a team, and proactively taking the lead whenever necessary. They will work independently with little supervision, have excellent organization and problem-solving skills and additional hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies. The Senior Software Engineer is to produce and implement functional software solutions and will work with upper management to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects. The goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Using the latest cloud technologies and database platforms to build complex applications that are blazing fast and highly-scalable
• Working with the business team to develop new and better ways to solve problems in the real estate, lending, and closing-services industry
• Integrating with third-party products and APIs
• Being hands-on in all aspects of software development.

Qualifications:

Required

• 5+ years of practical experience with C# (demonstrated on resume)
• 3+ years of practical experience with a database platform, preferably a NoSQL platform such as MongoDB or DynamoDB (demonstrated on resume)
• Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS or Azure
• Solid understanding of object - oriented principles and design patterns
• Careful, meticulous, and detail - oriented mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and rapidly changing priorities
• Either a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field or practical working experience commensurate with requirements
