Bosso Ramen Tavern is a modern Japanese restaurant in Harvard Square, Cambridge. Winner of Best of Boston 2022. Located two minutes from Harvard Square staton, Bosso serves authentic Japanese cuisine such as sashimi, sushi and ramen. Bosso offers energetic working environment created by energetic team members.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Server position is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by recommending and serving food and beverages. The server will work in a fast-paced environment. The Server must maintain a friendly and attentive attitude all times.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints.
• Excellent team work with both front and back of house members.
• Demonstrated good judgment.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and sanitary standards.
• Exhibits and uses good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude and promptness.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant setting.
• Minimum of six-month hospitality experience welcomed.

On average, our servers have been earning $38.00 - $60.00 per hour including tips. Hourly base wage $6.15.
