Summary

Servers at the Jean-Georges restaurant deliver unparalleled guest service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Taking food and beverages orders and ensuring that they are delivered to the table in a timely fashion
• Explaining the menus to guests and accommodating their requests
• Paying close attention to your tables to ensure that they are always taken care of
• Delivering the bill and processing payment
• Treating all guests with the utmost courtesy and respect
• Assisting with closing and opening duties
• Assisting with hotel and banquet operations as needed
