Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen is looking for a confident, friendly professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and be able to maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can take instruction from our highly motivated team of workers. The candidate must have 2-3 years of fine dining experience and should be passionate about food, wine, and giving exceptional guest service. Please apply in person.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, appealing and organized dining room.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen workspace.
• Communicate with customers; interact positively with other employees and guests; understand proper attire and uniform policies of restaurant.
• Understand and follow health, safety, sanitation and operational policies and procedures.
• Arrive to work on time in proper uniform cleaned to facility standards.
• Be a positive representative of the Company at all times while on duty.
