iTopIt, the first self-serve frozen yogurt shop in Colorado Springs, currently has open positions. Job Requirements include:

· Experience in a restaurant or other food service environment is helpful, but not required.

· Experience in the hospitality or retail industry is also helpful, but also not required.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Availability and flexibility to work a schedule that may include day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

· Must be at least 18 years old, and have reliable transportation & driver's license.

· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of shifts when manager is not in store
• Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and toppings
• Operate POS systems, audit discounts, manage cash
• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
• Train and coach new employees
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Address customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between workers
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment

Compensation and Benefits include:

· $14.00 training hourly rate, $16.50 promoted hourly rate.

iTopIt is the place for self-serve frozen yogurt (and other desserts) and family fun in Colorado Springs. We were the first to bring self-serve frozen yogurt to the Springs area, and we now offer froyo and other delicious frozen desserts! We are locally owned and operated, and we are dedicated to helping families create lasting happy memories.

Job Type: Part to Full Time

Salary: $14.00/hour as a yogurista, $16.50/hour as a yogurista manager (shift lead)
