Are you tired of working in fast food and smelling like grease? Smoothie King has a lead position for you! We are looking for Shift Leaders to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Lead you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, but also provide guidance (act as a team lead) to Team Members when the Supervisor is not in the store. The successful Shift Leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

What our Shift Leader’s Do:

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties, in a Lead role.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assist/Lead in Team Member management throughout shift.
• Fulfill cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments when Supervisor is not on duty.

What our Shift Leader’s Need to Know:

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.

• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
