Job Summary and Qualifications

Social Worker / Therapist - Adolescent IOP. Schedule: Full-time, M-Th 10a-7p, F 8a-5p .

Plans and conducts group therapy sessions for Intensive Outpatient Programs. Assesses patients for program participation, conducts family sessions, and participates in treatment team. Completes all necessary patient documentation including daily group notes and recovery plans.

What qualifications you will need:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Therapy, or similar education in which appropriate licensure can be obtained required
• One of the following Florida licenses required:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT); or
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with psychiatric clients required
• Experience in psychiatric outpatient setting preferred
• Experience with adolescent group therapy preferred
