Job Description
About us
Eleos Technologies is a growing 12-year-old company building communication software for truck drivers and field workers.
We’re helping a diverse mix of customers—from mom and pop operations to thousand-truck fleets—improve how they communicate with their employees by tackling information overload, reducing phone calls, and eliminating obsolete technologies.
When we aren’t building software, we love cooking great food, learning new things, serving others, and playing fierce matches of table tennis.
Eleos is hiring new teammates at our Clemson office to build applications used by our support, QA, and entire business. All you need to bring is intelligence, character, a cheerful spirit, and the ability to get things done.
You will join a fun crew, located in Clemson, SC, who works hard and enjoys a fierce ping-pong game in the office, and get real-world experience working at a national software company. If you do not already know how to work in a professional environment building out software that people use everyday, that is perfectly alright. For this position, we are excited to help you learn by providing you on-the-job training!
You might be a good fit for this role and our company if you:
- Cannot resist a request for help.
- People come to you when they need help solving a problem.
- You don’t get intimidated by hard problems, and never back down to learn something new.
In Summary: You will be responsible for building high quality applications that are used daily by others within Eleos to do their jobs better. Primarily this team works on systems built in Erlang, Elixir, JavaScript, and PostgresSQL. This position is based out of our Clemson office where you’ll sit right next to the people using the software you build.
