JOB SUMMARY

Key partner in the support of the ACS CAN Membership Program, to include operations management, program execution – including fundraising campaigns - and tracking, while also being main point of contact regarding the use of Salesforce, for internal ACS CAN team. Position is the primary support of Advocacy Constituent Relationship Management, comprised of system training, data collection and hygiene as well as full execution of the ACS CAN individual membership program. Accountable for tailoring processes that enable high quality experience for team members, donors and customers, while driving revenue and/or advocacy involvement, as well as managing all aspects of ACS CAN membership data and collateral, including vendor management. Ensures goal achievement through effective leadership, engagement and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for providing quality and timely customer service.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages and executes full scope of ACS CAN membership communications (acknowledgements, premium fulfillment, renewals, “white mail”) and customer inquiries. Serves as lead for responding to internal and external donor/membership-related data requests.
  • Interfaces with various vendors, including vendor selection and contract negotiating; ensures payments are properly coded, and made on time. Maintains adequate inventory supplies of all membership-related materials.
  • Facilitates bulk uploads of membership communication activity to Salesforce and data exchanges with EveryAction, ACS CAN’s online advocacy database.
  • Supports execution of ACS CAN national fundraising campaigns through target-list management as well as creating, and managing, online fundraising donation pages. Ensures all aspects of coding associated with campaigns are complete and accurate.
  • Performs “end-to-end” testing and validation of ACS CAN transactions and customer data updates to ensure correct data flow and proper coding across various systems. Monitors and fixes system transaction errors.
  • Oversees the integrity of ACS CAN-related data (memberships, contributions and volunteers) within Salesforce; proactively monitors and researches, then works to resolve - through data validation and case management - any data anomalies occurring within/among systems that may impact ACS CAN. Tracks frequency and resolution of issues.
  • Continually identifies and implements opportunities to improve data systems and processes.
  • Functions as a representative of the ACS CAN team in cross functional efforts involving customer data, including implementations and ongoing data quality efforts.
  • Participates in UAT testing and data validation of system enhancements, as needed.
  • Crafts lists and analytical reports for internal ACS CAN use.
  • Designs and executes trainings and materials for Salesforce (and Salesforce-related systems) usage and expectations, tailored for ACS CAN team. Engages with ACS CAN Team members “on-demand,” when general assistance is needed with Salesforce.
  • Models and fosters behavior that establishes a culture that is consistent with the cultural beliefs and values of the ACS CAN.


Position Requirements

FORMAL KNOWLEDGE

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience, plus a preferred 3 years’ CRM operational and production experience; experience in fundraising within a non-profit is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms; proficiency with Microsoft Power BI is a plus
  • Experience training others

The starting rate is $48000-$60000 annual. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
