If you have a passion for HR Systems and are looking for a sweet gig, we want to talk to you! In this role, you will work with HR and business leaders to design, develop, and implement solutions in Ultipro (Ultimate/UKG). You will manage data feeds between Ultipro (Ultimate/UKG) and relevant third-party systems, including benefits vendors, financial systems, and payroll. You will also work closely with HR leaders to design, test, and implement business processes, dashboards, and reports.

• Collaborate with internal IT, HR, and operations, partners and external integration partners and vendors to resolve system related issues.
• Document business processes, data feed flows, and reporting requirements to support effective business decision-making.
• Test and implement required system updates, and recommend additional system improvements and processes.
• Manage system security, including permissions, access, personalization, and similar operations and settings for HRIS users; provide technical support and guidance to users.
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Fulfill ad hoc data and analytical requests as needed.
• Maintain integrity and strict confidentiality to protect employee data privacy.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelors Degree in IT, HR, Accounting, Finance, or other related field.
• 4+ years experience in HR Technology or IT with an emphasis on Ultipro / UKG / Ultimate configuration and administration.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and analysis tools experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong command in communicating, presenting, delivering high-quality customer service, and maintaining trust in professional relationships.
• Advanced technical abilities in data wrangling, advanced analytical techniques, data visualization, and visual storytelling.
• Must be a curious, creative problem solver with strong project management skills and the ability to stay organized to deliver on multiple competing priorities while always seeking the most effective, efficient, and scalable way to accomplish results.
• Ability to work across cultures and across diverse management styles
• Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment.
