FounderScale is a B2B revenue agency that increases sales for founder-led organizations by providing sales and marketing services.

We are looking for a Part Time Senior Account Manager who can manage multiple client projects, coordinate internal and external resources and send weekly customer updates. Our ideal candidate has experience in marketing operations, is a great communicator, is detail oriented and enjoys providing an amazing experience.

Main job responsibilities

• Provide the client and amazing experience
• Responsible for relationship with the client – consultative approach
• Responsible for project success and client satisfaction

Other Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s business and what they are trying to accomplish for the company
• Drive strategy that ladder’s up to the client’s vision
• Articulate the client’s needs, asks and strategic vision internally
• Upsell aka organic growth
• Responsible for proper project tracking
• Oversee and/or input tickets into project management system
• Onboard client specific support
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure quality of deliverables
• Document requirements and projects from clients.
• Manage SLA’s and escalations

Requirements

• 2-4 yrs agency experience, 1-2 yrs account management
• Tech savvy
• Self motivated
• Self starter that is proactive
• A stickler for details, accuracy, and achieving aggressive goals.
• Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and communicating with managers, peers and clients.

Preferred Technology Experience:

CRM: Hubspot, Salesforce or other similar platform

Marketing Automation: Hubspot, Pardot or other similar platform

Project Management: Jira, Asana, Trello, or other similar platform

CMS: Wordpress

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Suwanee, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Marketing: 2 years (Required)
