The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) Construction Section is seeking a dependable student worker who is available to work full time hours throughout the duration of the summer. This position could potential continue during the Fall and Spring semesters and work up to 20 hours per week while enrolled in courses.
The successful candidate must be a full-time college student, classified as a Junior or Senior. Preference may be given to students who are pursuing a degree in civil engineering, construction management or computer science. Students who are enrolled in online classes only will not be considered.
The rate of pay for this position can range from $13.91/hr- $19.55/hr. The DOTD Student Employment Guidelines will determine the rate offered at employment.
