We are a growing, 2 surgeon, 1 PA practice. We are well established and busy. We operate out of five hospitals and an ASC. We take tremendous pride in customer service and love seeing our patients do well!

Operating Room Schedulers are responsible for ensuring physicians, nurses and all other OR staff are on-time and prepared for scheduled surgeries. The individual would need to be well versed in pre-authorization, use of computers, dealing with insurance, calculating and understangind insurance OOP, deductible, co-insurance, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule procedures and surgeries efficiently.
• Manage patient's expectations.
• Be able to communicate with peers through email and chat.
• Be able to talk on the phone to clarify details or answer unresolved issues.
• Keep documents on file up-to-date.
• Establish best practices for training
• Calculate for our patient's to have surgery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
