Job Description

Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for candidates with at least one year of experience as a CST, and $10,000 for candidates with less than one year of experience.

Education: Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification(s) Mandatory:
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through governing body, i.e. National Board Surgical Technologists(NBST), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT); or obtained within 12 months of hire
  • BLS certification required at time of hire, per facility standard
  • Must meet state licensing requirements for Minnesota
