• 
  Leads ALTA/NSPS commercial real estate surveys and drafting TOPO.

• 
  Performs cell tower surveys and surveying cell tower sites in order to prepare 1A letters, height verification letters or 2C letters, flood zone determination and elevation certificates.

• 
  Runs title commitments and zoning reports

• 
  Demonstrates an understanding of sectionalized land.

• 
  Calculates boundaries and plot easements.

• 
  Other duties as assigned.
