Job Title: Restaurant Shift Leader
Schedule: Monday-Saturday availability required.
Starting Pay: $15.50 FOH / $16.50 BOH

Role Summary: To lead and develop people and systems so that Operational Excellence is achieved at Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale. Specific FOH ands BOH Job Duties will be discussed during the interview.

What we are looking for from the Shift Leader:

• Ability to lead fast-paced operations calmly and systematically (Shift lineups, breaks, cash management, guest services, etc.)
• To be honest, we hate the term Manager at Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale, but realize it's what a lot of people search for when looking for jobs. We prefer the term Coach or leader. We expect our leaders to coach and develop people rather than manage people. Our business, and our people, are a work in progress...so we need leaders who are willing to patiently grow and develop themselves, others, and the team.
