SharePoint Specialist

Aberdeen, MD - Hybrid

Description:

• Manage site content ensuring pages are organized, current, appear professional and provide workflow capabilities that support organization mission and goals
• Create and maintain SharePoint Libraries and Lists
• Developing and maintaining workflows
• Make recommendations for new content development based on data and analytics such as user feedback ratings, search results feedback, views, and case resolutions
• Identify interdependencies between teams and work closely with peers to introduce new knowledge content development routines
• Develop a standard layout for SharePoint sites for submission to EW&C tenured officials to approve for implementation
• Collaborating with government personnel to develop SharePoint sites and site layouts
• Experience working with DoD networks, experience with the United States Army systems is desired
• Managing SharePoint Groups and Permissions
• Creating forms with InfoPath
• Integration of SharePoint Power Apps
• Ability to communicate with technical members and generate useful outputs aligned with organizational requirements

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to obtain US DoD Security Clearance
• Must be experienced with and Power Automate
• Must be an experienced site owner having managed permissions, created, and maintained lists, libraries, and web parts
• Must have a good eye for how to use graphics and color and layout of site pages
• Must have a good working knowledge of SharePoint Designer 2013, InfoPath Designer 2013, and migration of SharePoint to Office 365
• Ability to generate and enhance graphs from data sets
